Fall Chia Breakfast Bowl

Finding a breakfast that feels good in the morning is sometimes difficult. But this Chia Seed Breakfast Bowl is definitely one that has stuck for me!

Chia Seeds are a power house of nutrition. They are loaded with fiber, omega 3- fatty acids, antioxidants + Calcium. Eating them leaves you feeling satiated, alive and energized.

This is one of those recipes that you can completely make your own adding whatever feels right for you in the moment.

Breakfast, breaking the fast, should make you feel good. Signs that your breakfast is the right one for you are those feelings of satiety, balanced blood sugar, good energy and clarity of the mind. Not all people thrive with a raw breakfast and may benefit from something colder with more fat.

Fueling your body is a journey to find what works best for you.

You don’t need to follow everyone else. Listen to your body. Follow its innate wisdom. And you will be guided along its sacred path. xxoo
