Here’s how it works:
✺ The membership is supported by Circle which is an online platform. It can be used on your computer or through their app which you can find anywhere you download apps.
✺ A new workout will be posted every Monday for you to do during the week. It is all full body functional fitness with little to no equipment. All you need is a yoga mat and your body.
✺ There will be a new recipe posted each week as well that will fit into the season and will have specific tailoring for each Dosha type.
✺ That Wise Women’s Circle, my monthly sacred feminine healing circle will be streamed live each month. If you would like to attend in person that will also be included! It will be held in Wallingford, CT at the Hidden Gem on Main.
