Give yourself the gift of extended space.

The Costa Rica Retreat was a life changing experience for me. Kellie and Andrea held space for everyone to experience the full beauty of the Costa Rican jungle and the healing power of the circle and yoga practice. I am looking forward to the next retreat so I can continue my spiritual journey.— Ann L.

Spring Equinox Ayurvedic Retreat

Saturday, April 20th from 10am - 5pm

at Sticks & Stones Farm in Newtown, CT

Join Kellie Codianna (C-layt, RYT 500, Pilates instructor) & Andrea Rodgers (Board Certified Holistic Health Coach, Functional Trainer, Sacred Women's Circle Facilitator) for a Spring Ayurvedic Wellness Retreat for women.

We will be celebrating the Spring Equinox, the time of the year when there is equal day and night, and practicing Ayurvedic rituals for the season of Kapha, Spring. Ayurveda is the oldest healing system in the world originating in India. When disease develops, it’s actually an imbalance of the energy of a person’s body. And as the seasons change, so does our body’s energy. We practice to balance the energy through food, movement, herbal medicine, lifestyle rituals and energy work.

Join us in practices to honor the body as fall arrives through

“The retreat to Costa Rica was a soul filling experience I would recommend and do again in a heartbeat. Andrea and Kelley put on a wonderful program with a mix of meditation, yoga, teaching and journaling that made me get deeply in touch with myself and provided me with the tools to release the negative and move forward with the positive. Being completely engulfed in the beautiful nature of Coast Rica while receiving these tools is an experience I will cherish forever.”

“Kellie and Andrea offer a great retreat. They do a beautiful job of introducing everyone to open up with great questions to start.  Followed by gentle yoga that is fun, relaxing, and for everyone.  Lunch is an amazing experience by helping to cook, eating a lovely meal, plus a delicious dessert.  Experience a walk outside gathering elements to incorporate into the last part of the experience which is a fantastic guided meditation by Andrea followed up by opening up what you felt through that mediation with magical cards that guide you to your feelings!”— Nadine P.
