How are you qualified to do this?
I have been working with clients for over 12 years in the fitness and wellness field. My education and certifications are as follows: Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, Certified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Bachelor of Science in Exercise Health Science.

It is my greatest joy to do this work.

Does it matter if I’m brand new to working out?
Absolutely not. We will create a program based off of exactly where you are starting and start to build from that place. All fitness levels are welcome!

Do you accept insurance?
At the moment Personal Training and Coaching is not covered by insurance. However, you can submit a claim to your insurance company and they may reimburse you.

Can I still workout if I have knee, hip or shoulder injuries?
Yes, the first things we assess together are any injuries, imbalances or asymmetries in the body. From there we start to strengthen, mobilize and heal the areas of the body that are weakest. You will start to see amazing improvements.

I have some food allergies and preferences. Will that affect us creating a food plan?
No, we will actually look at food sensitivities and allergies and find what food works best with your body to balance your energy and meet your needs.
