I’m so looking forward to working with you! These methods and techniques have been used by myself on my healing journey along with hundreds of women.

I have been working with women for over 12 years in the fitness and wellness field. My education and certifications are as follows: Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, Reiki Level I Certified, Certified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Bachelor of Science in Exercise Health Science.
