During this 8 week Group Course we will dive deep into Nervous System Regulation, Somatic, Ayurvedic and Sacred Feminine Cyclical Healing tools that help you uncover the root of your relationship with food and your body.
Together we will work through the layers of programming, conditioning, trauma and shame that are blocking you from accessing your true self and find more freedom than ever before in your life.

Here’s How It Works:
We meet every week for 8 weeks starting Monday, August 18th, 2025 in a supportive, gentle container with other women who are on the same journey as you.
You will receive live group coaching each week that includes teachings, guidance, practices and rituals during each “module” with Andrea and an intention for the week ahead.
If you can’t make it live, no worries! A recording will be sent out after each module.
There will be support information sent to you to help you navigate the next week.
