November 23, 2015 Dark Chocolate Tart Recipe November 23, 2015/ Andrea Rodgers Orgasmic Dark Chocolate TartPre-heat oven to 450 degrees1.5 sticks of butter9 oz dark chocolate (70-85%)2 whole eggs2 egg yolks1/4 cup of sugarA sprinkle of Cinnamon, sea saltA dash vanilla extract2 tbsp flourIn sauce pan, melt butter and dark chocolate until smooth.In separate mixing bowl whisk eggs, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and sea salt.Slowly add chocolate and butter mixture to the other ingredients.In pie dish, cover with flour for a non stick finish.Pour mixture in dish.Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Turn upside for a flawless finish.Cherry Red Wine Sauce1/4 cup dark chocolate1 cup dark sweet cherries, frozen or fresh1/2 cup red wine (I like a Pino Nior)Heat in sauce pan until simmer.Drizzle sauce over tart. Vanilla ice cream is a great addition. Enjoy with all of your senses. Good music. And someone you appreciate.
